Guest session

A guest session provides view-only access to the termbase.
With LoopWord, you can add users with view-only access to the termbase.
This access allows you to search and look up terms, but without the ability to add or edit content.
It’s the perfect solution if you want to share knowledge while maintaining full control of the term base content.
IDML Translator (InDesign)

With LoopWord, you can easily translate InDesign files using our editor in LoopWord.
The text is exported as an IDML file that you upload directly to LoopWord – just as you would with Word files. This ensures a smooth and efficient translation process.
Alignment service
EUR 80/hour excl. VAT.
LoopWord offers to create translation memories for you using sentence pairs from previous translations by matching source text (the original text) with target text (the translated text).
This provides you with a structure where each source sentence is linked to its translation — for example from Danish to English or any other language pair.
These sentence pairs can be imported directly into LoopWord, thereby creating a Translation Memory.
This is a major advantage, especially if you do not already have an existing translation memory, as it ensures that previous translations can be easily reused while also streamlining future translation projects.
Import/export of TM/TB

LoopWord makes it easy to manage your translation memories and term bases.
You can import your existing Translation Memories (TM) and Term Bases (TB ) from other systems directly into LoopWord to get started quickly.
Do you need to export your data from LoopWord to another system? It’s just as simple and gives you full flexibility to work across platforms.
Extra: buying more characters

If you need characters for external translation services beyond what is included in your license, you can purchase additional packages of 10,000 characters.
